Conscription in the legal system of the Czech Republic The main goal of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive take on a conscription legislation in the Czech legal system. With this in mind the beginning of the thesis includes a definition of conscription as well as the differences between conscripted army and a professional army since both these systems currently are or have been present in Czech armed forces. To better understand the different types of conscription used throughout the history, the thesis also contains a chapter encompassing a basic development of Czech (Czechoslovak) foreign policy and defence strategy since the birth of an independent Czechoslovakia up to this day, focusing its impact on the concrete type of conscription used in the particular period. Then, a comprehensive third chapter about a historical development of different types of providing defence to the area of the contemporary Czech Republic is included. Each subchapter is dedicated to a certain historical period since the early system of princely retinues during the 10th century up till the 21st century and a fully professional army. Institution President of the Republic in the legal order of the Czech republic from the point of view its election

This bachelor thesis is focused on a president, especially from the point of view its election. The first part focuses on the institute of president in the Czech Constitution,
and the election of the president. The practical part focuses specifically on the first direct election of the president to the Czech Republic, which took place in 2013. Gives information about the presidential candidates, who were candidates in 2013, their nomination during the campaign, campaign financing, and control the financing of these campaigns. Based on the information then evaluates the candidates' campaigns,
and compares the detected information with the theoretical bases of the theoretical part, and examines if the course of direct presidential election in 2013 was conducted
in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

Limity liability company in legislation and practice Czech Republic

This thesis deals with a limited liability company in the practice of the Czech Republic. Theoretical solutions are focused on the legislation under which Ltd. Czech modified. Examined the legislation before recodification and also following treatment. Attention is paid to the establishment and creation of the company. The practical part contains the characteristics of the two entities and the analysis of their costs associated with the formation and establishment of the Company. The amount of expenses is captured at two different times and under different laws. Based on the obtained data are calculated costs and evaluates development costs, which are necessary for s.r.o.. As outputs for evaluation of the development costs are used in tables and graphs are available for this event as the most appropriate representation. In conclusion, the results will be evaluated and will be designed to any measures or recommendations.

Aplication Old Testament Ethics chosen on specific corruption cause

The thesis examines the Old Testament ethical sources associated with the problem of corruption. The theoretical part tries to characterize corruption. Then it explains how social sciences attempt to view this problem, especially law, sociology and ethics. The analytical part tries to apply the Old Testament ethics on one particular case of corruption and to evaluate it from the view of social sciences.
